Floral designs available to purchase via the online shop require at least seven working days between ordering and your preferred collection date. Last minute requests may be accommodated, but I can make no guarantees. Each arrangement includes a beautiful handwritten gift card (if requested) and bespoke care information (supplied via email).

Online orders can be collected from my studio in Redhill, Surrey on weekdays at a pre-arranged date and time. Please add your preferred collection date in the box provided at checkout, and I shall be in touch soon after to confirm and arrange specifics.

As I have a busy schedule which varies weekly, it isn’t viable to add a set delivery option to the online checkout. However, I am happy to deliver your order locally on a weekday if circumstances allow. Please get in touch to discuss. A delivery fee will be applied per address, which will vary depending on your proximity to Redhill.
I am happy to deliver to the following areas:
Redhill, Reigate, Nutfield, Outwood, Bletchingley, Godstone, South Godstone, Buckland, Dorking, Oxted & Westerham.
Payment for floral orders which include delivery will be invoiced with payment taken via bank transfer, as per my other floral services.
Collection slots are also available. Delivery areas are subject to change at peak seasonal times.

Bespoke care information is provide with each arrangement, but here are a few tips to help maximise your enjoyment.
Carefully remove wrapping and packaging, and recycle or reuse. Leave bouquets tied, but untie the arrange at home offerings.
Select a clean vase which supports your flowers, and fill with clean cool water.
Cut all stems at an angle to maximise the surface area for drinking. Some stems are thick, so please use secateurs.
Once you have cut 1cm from each stem, submerge immediately in water to minimise them sealing over, therefore inhibiting the uptake of water.
It’s best to display your arrangement away from direct heat and sunlight, and protect from draughts.
Flowers and foliage may drop pollen and seeds as they age, so be sure to protect your furniture.
Recut each stem and refresh the water every three days or so. Sooner if the water appears cloudy.
Accept that some flowers are more fragile, and shall not last as long as others. Simply remove them by cutting, rather than unwrapping your entire bouquet, and enjoy the graceful fading of the rest.
